Melcombe Partners, the European logistics real estate investment and development managers, have delivered a new high specification urban logistics asset in Paris.
They completed a new development in Viry-Châtillon, an established logistics location south of Paris, with convenient access to the greater Paris area including Orly Airport.
The building covers 2,700sqm of industrial and office space and benefits from modern specifications and BREEAM certification.
Melcombe Partners had committed to speculatively constructing the building and managed to fully let it prior to completion in Q3 2023 to a major occupier within the automotive industry on a long term lease.
