Melcombe signs new logistics development in Rotterdam

Melcombe has recently signed a development in Rotterdam. The building consists of 17,460 sqm with 20 loading docks and is built according to the latest technical and sustainability specifications, with Melcombe expecting to obtain a BREEAM Excellent certificate.

The building is pre-let on a long-term basis, construction is ongoing, and practical completion is expected in Q4 2024.
