Melcombe Partners, a European real estate investment manager, has continued its growth in Q3 2021 by completing a total of 18 transactions on behalf of institutional capital across its key markets of France, Germany, Spain and United Kingdom.
In addition, Melcombe Partners have recently launched an office in the Netherlands which is headed by Paul Lieben. In the Netherlands, they have acquired a number of off market prime urban logistics assets. The team is actively looking for additional logistics investment opportunities across all our target markets.
Melcombe currently manages a portfolio of 30 logistics assets covering more than 200,000 sqm of last mile logistics space strategically located around major urban areas in Europe, including London, Paris, Lyon, Madrid, Barcelona, Munich, Berlin and Cologne.
