Melcombe Partners completed the acquisition of an urban logistics property in Watford, North London.
The estate comprises approximately 80,000 sq ft across four units and is currently occupied by two tenants, with one vacant unit. The vacant space is set to be upgraded and decarbonised, supporting both improved tenant appeal and long-term sustainability objectives.
Strategically located within the inner M25, the estate offers significant reversionary potential, with strong demand fundamentals driven by the area’s connectivity and constrained industrial supply. This latest transaction reinforces Melcombe’s strategy of assembling and actively managing high-quality urban logistics assets across core European markets.
