Melcombe Partners acquires two urban logistics assets in London

Melcombe Partners, a European real estate investment manager, has acquired two urban logistics properties in London on behalf of a recently set up joint venture.

The properties cover a total of c. 200,000 sq ft and with one located within the established West London and Heathrow market, and the other in West Thurrock an emerging market servicing Central London. The West London asset is let to an international logistics operator while the West Thurrock one is currently being marketed. They both benefit from excellent logistics specifications and are well positioned to capture the sustained growth of the urban logistics and e-commerce sectors with strong last mile distribution features.
