Melcombe Partners concluded Q4 2022 in The Netherlands with multiple logistics transactions of standing assets and development projects.
The standing asset acquisitions consisted of a newly built warehouse and separately three existing leased assets in and around the Amsterdam and Schiphol area.
Melcombe also closed several agreements for logistics developments in the Randstad area which were acquired on both a leased and speculative basis.
