Melcombe Partners, the UK and Europe-focused last-mile delivery logistics and industrial real estate investment manager, has recruited well-known industrial agent Peter Freeman as an investment director as it builds its portfolio in the UK.
Melcombe was founded in 2018 and has quickly grown to become a leading European logistics investment manager focused on gateway cities within Europe.
Since inception, the rm has acted on behalf of large institutional investors on more than 30 transactions across Europe. It has assembled a team of professionals with a track record of investment and management throughout Europe with a strong expertise in the UK, France, Germany, Benelux and Spanish markets.
Peter Freeman has been an industrial agent since 1990 focusing on the industrial and logistics sector having worked for De Souza & Co, Vail Williams, Altus Group and more recently Cluttons.
He was on the National Committee of the Industrial Agents Society since 2003/4 and until recently was the Chairman of the IAS.
Freeman said: "The principal strategy is to build a logistics portfolio of last mile delivery assets, initially in and around the M25 then working across the UK. This can be single units and / or estates with larger units."
