Melcombe Partners, the European real estate investment manager headquartered in London, is strengthening its French investment and development team.
Effective today, Vincent Gourlin joins Melcombe France to co-head its operations in the region alongside Yannick Balcer. Vincent and Yannick will together oversee acquisitions and developments in France with the intention to grow Melcombe's existing logistics portfolio.
Vincent brings with him many years of commercial and technical experience in the logistics real estate industry. As head of GLP’s development team in France, Vincent successfully managed GLP’s logistics development activities in the region, with close to 1 million sqm of new space developed over 3 years.
Prior to this, Vincent was at JLL within their logistics & industrial team. Melcombe’s current pan-European portfolio consists of logistics assets leased and to be developed in France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands.
